PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2581 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-84-18 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone the five <br />parcels totalling approximately 1.9+ acres located at <br />3655, 3683 and 3731 Vineyard Avenue to he PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) Medium Density Residential District or <br />any other zoning district in conformance with the <br />General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 12, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application as well as the <br />environmental impacts as outlined on the Initial Study <br />prepared by the City Staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section <br />1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for case RZ-84-18 as herein described inasmuch <br />as the proposed prezoning to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential subject five <br />parcels would have an insignificant effect on the <br />environment. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
