Res. 2588 1/9/85 Section 1. Recommends that the open space in the Cork Harbour Development be amended as recommended by the City staff subject to the following conditions: 1. That the revised fencing for the Cork Harbour open space area shall be as shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, dated 1/9/85 on file with the Planning Department. 2. That approval of this case is subject to all 15 conditions contained in the letter from Cork Harbour dated 11/27/84, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference except that the following shall be added to condition number 14. In order to ensure that all fencing is installed at the same time, a contract between the property owners and a contractor of their choice shall be presented to the City showing that the contractor is obligated and has the right to construct all fencing as shown on the attached site plan, Exhibit A, dated 1/9/85. This contract shall indicate when the fencing shall be installed and shall be submitted to the City before case PUD-79-11-4M becomes effective. The design of the proposed fencing shall be approved by the Planning Department prior to installation. '- 3. That except as modified as herein, all conditions of cases PUD-79-11, PUD-79-11-1M, PUD-79-11-2M, PUD-79-11-3M shall remain in full force and effect. 4. That the fencing shall be completed no later than 10/1/85.
