PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2596 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5391 FOR SHEA HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Shea Homes and Castlewood Properties, Inc. have applied <br />for tentative map approval to subdivide an approximately <br />7.2 acre site located approximately 400 ft. north of <br />Mohr Avenue on the east and west side of Kamp Drive into <br />50 single family residential lots with an approximately <br />42.4 acre remainder parcel; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />Districts; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 9, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant. exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as approving the <br />Negative Declaration prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tract 5391 to be in <br />conformance with the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5397 as herein described subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on Tentative Map Tract 5391 on file with the City. <br />2. That approval of Tentative Map Tract 5391 is subject <br />to all conditions contained in the report from the <br />City Engineer dated 1/9/85, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
