PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2649 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-85-5, <br />APPLICATION OF SJD INVESTMENTS <br />WHEREAS, SJD Investments has applied for planned unit development <br />plan approval to construct a four-story, approximately <br />66,000 sq. ft. office building on an approximately 2.8 <br />acre site located at 7090 Johnson Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application and recommended approval of <br />the negative declaration prepared for this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposal to be <br />consistent with the zoning and general plan land use <br />designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Case PUD-85-5, application <br />of SJD Investments for planned unit development plan <br />approval to construct a four-story, approximately 66,000 <br />sq. ft. office on the approximately 2.8 acre site <br />located at 7090 Johnson Drive subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department but that the parking shall be <br />per the "Alternate Parking Plan" dated 3/28/85 on <br />file with the Planning Department. This plan shows <br />788 parking spaces. <br />2. That prior to issuance of a building permit, the <br />applicant shall enter into an agreement with the <br />City to provide 24 additional compact parking spaces <br />perpendicular to the eastern property line <br />immediately east of the office building site when <br />and if it is determined by the City that parking on <br />the AVAC site is insufficient. The applicant shall <br />further agree to provide additional parking in a <br />parking structure on the office building or AVAC <br />site if the 24 compact parking spaces still do not <br />
