PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2651 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />COMMUNITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK UP-85-12 <br />WHEREAS, Community First National Bank has applied for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a bank branch office <br />in an existing structure located at 5688 Stoneridge <br />Drive (Building B); and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located; b) that the <br />proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-85-12, application of Community First <br />National Bank for a conditional use permit to operate a <br />bank branch office in a structure under construction at <br />5688 Stoneridge Drive (Building B) subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted solely for the <br />establishment and operation of a 3,820 sq. ft. <br />banking facility at 5688 Stoneridge Drive as shown <br />on the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the development is subject to all of the <br />conditions of approval of Case PUD-81-30-16D. <br />
