PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2652 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-7M, <br />APPLICATION FOR A MODIFICATION TO THE CONDITIONS OF <br />HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br />WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of Ordinance No. 1109, which governs the <br />Hacienda Business Park, lists the types of uses which <br />are allowed and conditionally allowed in the park. <br />Headquarters or regional wide finance, insurance and <br />real estate offices are allowed uses but offices of this <br />type which serve mainly Pleasanton and Dublin are <br />specifically prohibited; and <br />WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties is in the process of leasing <br />space in the buildings under construction on lot 37, <br />which is one of the two locations in the Hacienda <br />Business Park where commercial activities are permitted; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at least one realtor is interested in leasing space in <br />the buildings but his business is generated mainly from <br />Dublin and Pleasanton and, hence, under condition number <br />4 they are prohibited from locating anywhere in Hacienda <br />Business Park; and <br />WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties Pleasanton is applying for a <br />minor modification to case PUD-81-30, the PUD governing <br />the Hacienda Business Park to allow the described uses <br />on Lot 37; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered public testimony, <br />staff's recommendation and the request of the applicant <br />and found that the proposed change is appropriate for <br />Lot 37. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of PUD-81-30-7M which will delete <br />Lot 37 from Condition No. 4 of Ordinance 1109. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 24TH DAY OF APRIL 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
