PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2652 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-7M, APPLICATION FOR A MODIFICATION TO THE CONDITIONS OF HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of Ordinance No. 1109, which governs the Hacienda Business Park, lists the types of uses which are allowed and conditionally allowed in the park. Headquarters or regional wide finance, insurance and real estate offices are allowed uses but offices of this type which serve mainly Pleasanton and Dublin are specifically prohibited; and WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties is in the process of leasing space in the buildings under construction on lot 37, which is one of the two locations in the Hacienda Business Park where commercial activities are permitted; and WHEREAS, at least one realtor is interested in leasing space in the buildings but his business is generated mainly from Dublin and Pleasanton and, hence, under condition number 4 they are prohibited from locating anywhere in Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties Pleasanton is applying for a minor modification to case PUD-81-30, the PUD governing the Hacienda Business Park to allow the described uses on Lot 37; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 24, 1985 the Planning Commission considered public testimony, staff's recommendation and the request of the applicant and found that the proposed change is appropriate for Lot 37. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of PUD-81-30-7M which will delete Lot 37 from Condition No. 4 of Ordinance 1109. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
