PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2602 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5426 FOR PATRICK AND MARTHA JOY WHEREAS, Patrick and Martha Joy have applied for tentative subdivision approval for a 14 unit condominium project on approximately 0.5 acre site located on the southwest corner of Rose and Peters Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-1500 (Multi-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 23, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was approved as the development plan stage of approval of this project and subdivision was considered within the scope of that document, therefore, no new environmental considerations were made regarding this subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves of Tract 5426 as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 5426 on file with the City. 2. That approval of Tentative Map Tract 5426 is subject to all conditions contained in the report from the City Engineer dated 1/23/85, attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
