PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2600 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />BROADMOOR HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-69 <br />WHEREAS, Broadmoor Homes has applied for conditional use permit <br />approval to operate a model home complex consisting of a <br />sales office and two model home units to be located on <br />the south side of Joshua Circle, approximately 65 ft. <br />east of Muirwood Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 23, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />.- WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located; b) that the <br />proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-G9 application of Broadmoor Homes <br />as herein described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan, elevations and landscape plan, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That prior to opening the model home complex, the <br />applicant shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Department. Written confirmation <br />from the Fire Department shall be submitted by the <br />applicant. <br />3. That approval of this use permit does not <br />constitute approval of any signing for the <br />
