'~ PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2602 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5426 FOR PATRICK AND MARTHA <br />JOY <br />WHEREAS, Patrick and Martha Joy have applied for tentative <br />subdivision approval for a 14 unit condominium project <br />on approximately 0.5 acre site located on the southwest <br />corner of Rose and Peters Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-1500 (Multi-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 23, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was <br />approved as the development plan stage of approval of <br />this project and subdivision was considered within the <br />scope of that document, therefore, no new environmental <br />considerations were made regarding this subdivision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves of Tract 5426 as herein described subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />I. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on Tentative Map Tract 5426 on file with the City. <br />2. That approval of Tentative Map Tract 5426 is subject <br />to all conditions contained in the report from the <br />City Engineer dated 1/23/85, attached hereto and <br />made a part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
