Dear Mr. Go~salves: <br /> <br />PLANNING ~e City received two letters, dated <br />B47-8023 November 3, 1988 addressed to the City's Engineer, <br />ENGINEERING C1{2M Hill, for the Sycamore Water Reservoir. This <br /> ~4x-8o4~ letter is to confirm and clarify the City of <br /> <br />BUILDING INSPECTION Pleasanton ' s understanding concerning those two <br />847-8015 letters concerning leakage of the subject <br /> reservoir. The City's understanding is as <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES <br />847-8160 fol 1 ows: <br /> <br />WATER-BILLING The Contractor, S. J. Amoroso, shall provide a <br />847-8038 four year warranty for all work relating to <br /> excessive leakage of the subject Sycamore <br />FIELD SERVICES Reservoir. The four ( 4 ) year warranty shall <br />5335 SUNOL 8LVO, <br /> commence on the date that the City Council <br />PARKS- accepts the Sycamore Water Reservoir. The <br />847-8056 City's Engineer shall be the only individual <br />SANITARY SEWER who shall determine whether an excessive <br />847-8061 leakage is occurring and shall be the final <br />STREET determination. S. J. Amoroso agrees to patch <br />847-8066 or do whatever work is necessary to stop <br /> excessive leakage, if the City Engineer <br />w^tEr determines within the four year warranty <br />847-8071 period that excessive leakage is occurring. <br /> <br />FIRE If there is a need for clarification or <br />444 RAILROAD AVE. <br />847-8114 amendment, you must contact the City to provide the <br /> clarification and amendments within five days.
