PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF PLEASANTON
COUNTY OF ALAMEDA
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION NO. 2612
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED
NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-84-22,
APPLICATION OF HARBOR VIEW INVESTMENTS, INC.
WHEREAS, Harbor View Investment, Inc. has applied for Planned
Unit Development coning and development plan approval to
construct an approximately 156,000 sq. ft., 212 unit
hotel and related facilities on an approximately 3.6
acre site located on the east side of Dublin Canyon Road
(11910 Dublin Canyon Road), approximately 0.2 mile north
of Foothill Road. Zoning for the property is "A"
(Agricultural) District; and
WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 27,
1985 the Planning Commission considered all public
testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the
City staff concerning these applications as well as the
environmental impacts as outlined on the Initial Study
prepared by the City Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that mitigating measures
recommended in the Initial Study for those aspects of
the project which could have a significant effect would
reduce the effects to insignificant levels.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON
RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING:
Section 1. Recommends approval of the mitigated negative
declaration prepared for Case PUD-84-22 as herein
described.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
