That a specific soils/foundation analysis of the <br />proposed project shall be prepared by a certified <br />soils engineer prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />9. That the applicant shall comply with all <br />recommendations contained in the Geologic Report <br />from Kleinfelder Associates dated March 1984. <br />10. That the developer comply with all applicable <br />requirements of City Ordinance No. 1152 <br />(Preservation of Trees on Private Property) <br />including submittal of a tree report on the subject <br />development site. <br />No trees shall be removed until the required tree <br />report has been submitted, reviewed by the City <br />Engineer, all requirements of the Heritage Tree <br />Ordinance have been met, and specific written <br />approval for tree removal has been issued to the <br />developer by the City Engineer. <br />11. That the developer dedicate to the City of <br />Pleasanton, for street right-of-way purposes, a <br />strip of land along the Dublin Canyon Road frontage <br />of the site from the existing access drive for the <br />.- project north-west along the existing street <br />right-of-way to the project boundary. This <br />dedication parcel (approximately 3.5 feet wide) <br />shall be sufficient to provide for a possible future <br />13 ft. street widening from the existing face of <br />curb. The precise configuration of this parcel <br />shall be determined during final design to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />12. That the developer adjust the location of the exit <br />driveway onto Dublin Canyon Road to line up with the <br />existing Farmers Insurance driveway to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer or make any <br />required modifications to the median islands in <br />Dublin Canyon Road. <br />13. That the developer accept the storm drainage flow <br />from the existing inlet on Dublin Canyon Road on the <br />north end of the site and convey it in a piped <br />system to an acceptable point of discharge. <br />14. That the development shall be subject to all <br />Standard Conditions of Development, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference except <br />conditions 12, 13, 22, 29 and 49. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
