PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2613 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-84-22, <br />APPLICATION OF HARBOR VIEW INVESTMENTS, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Harbor View Investment, Inc. has applied for Planned <br />Unit Development zoning and development plan approval to <br />construct an approximately 156,000 sq. ft., 212 unit <br />hotel and related facilities on an approximately 3.6 <br />acre site located on the east side of Dublin Canyon Road <br />(11910 Dublin Canyon Road), approximately 0.2 mile north <br />of Foothill Road. Zoning for the property is "A" <br />(Agricultural) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 27, <br />1985 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff and took action recommending approval of the <br />mitigated negative declaration for Case PUD-84-22; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the PUD zoning <br />designation and development plan conform with the <br />General Plan Land Use designation of the subject <br />property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-84-22, application <br />of Harbor View Investments for a 212 room hotel and <br />related facilities proposed for the approximately 3.6 <br />acre site located on the north side of Dublin Canon Road <br />approximately 2/lOths of a mile west of Foothill Road <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That because unacceptable traffic levels of service <br />will exist at the Foothill Road/Dublin Canyon Road <br />intersection until the Stoneridge Drive/I-680 <br />interchange is operational, no City permits shall be <br />issued for development of the hotel or restaurant on <br />the subject site until construction has commenced on <br />the interchange. <br />3. That the developer shall employ those construction <br />methods necessary to achieve a noise level no <br />
