Res. 2616 <br />2/27/85 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2616 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF GP-84-9, APPLICATION FOR A GENERAL PLAN <br />AMENDMENT TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HACIENDA <br />INTERCHANGE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the <br />Circulation Element of the General Plan to add Hacienda <br />Drive and the Hacienda Drive/I-580 interchange to the <br />General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 27, <br />1985 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) which has been <br />prepared for the North Pleasanton Improvement District <br />also included a discussion of the impacts associated <br />with the proposed general plan amendment for the <br />Hacienda Drive/I-580 interchange. This EIR was <br />recommended for approval at this same duly noticed <br />public hearing for this General Plan amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that the Circulation Element of the <br />Pleasanton General Plan be amended to include the <br />existing and proposed portions of Hacienda Drive and the <br />proposed Hacienda Drive/I-580 interchange. <br />Section 2.
