PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2617 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5436 FOR PONDEROSA HOMES, INC. WHEREAS, Application of Ponderosa Homes to subdivide an approximately 75 acre site into 253 parcels, ranging in size from 5,000 sq. ft. to approximately 12.4 acres located generally in the area south of the Pleasanton Canal, north of Hansen Drive, and west of Valley Avenue and Camino Segura; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) and PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential Districts; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 27, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was approved at the development plan stage of approval of this project and subdivision was considered within the scope of that document, therefore, no new environmental considerations were made regarding this subdivision; WHEREAS, this proposed subdivision conforms to he General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves of Tract 5436 as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 5436 on file with the Planning Department/ 2. That the final street name for "Via de Los Milagros" on the Tentative Map be changed to "Paseo Santa Cruz" prior to submittal of the final map. 3.
