PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2618 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR TRACT 5385, AMADOR <br />SAVINGS AND LOAN. <br />WHEREAS, Application of Amador Savings and Loan Association for <br />tentative map approval to create a 32 lot single-family <br />residential subdivision of an approximately 10.6 acre <br />site, each located south of Crellin Road and north of <br />Arbor Drive between Vintner Road and Tokay Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District. <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed <br />1985 the Planning Com <br />testimony, relevant e <br />City staff concerning <br />environmental impacts <br />prepared by the City <br />public hearing of February 27, <br />mission considered all public <br />xhibits and recommendations of the <br />these applications as well as the <br />as outlined on the Initial Study <br />Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that mitigating measures <br />recommended in the Initial Study for those aspects of <br />the project which could have a significant effect would <br />reduce the effects to insignificant levels. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the mitigated negative declaration prepared <br />for Tract 5385 for Amador Savings and Loan as herein <br />described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
