PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2622 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO THE PLEASANTON SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE WHEREAS, Mr. Jorgensen, the owner of a four acre parcel on Foothill Road would like to subdivide the property into 1.8 and 2.96 acre parcels, thus creating lots which would have a greater width to depth ratio than allowed by the Subdivision Ordinance Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is empowered to grant a change to the Ordinance Code to allow a greater width to depth ratio; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 27, 1985 the Planning Commission found that the land involved in this subdivision is of such shape and is affected by topographical conditions that it warrants approval of a modification to the Subdivision Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves a modification to the Subdivision Ordinance to accommodate the subdivision (MS-85-4) of an approximately 4.75 acre site into two parcels of approximately 1.8 acres and 2.95 acres located on the west side of Foothill Road approximately 1350 feet north of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road without the required lot width to depth ratio required under the Ordinance Code. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless an appeal has been received prior to that time.
