PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2623 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR PUD-82-186D, ASHWILL <br />HAWKINS AND PARTNERS <br />WHEREAS, Ashwill Hawkins and Partners has applied for development <br />plan approval to allow the construction of a 9 building <br />office complex proposed for the 4.3 acre site located at <br />the southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Kamp Drive <br />(Stoneridge Drive); and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 13, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning these applications as well as the <br />environmental impacts as outlined on the Initial Study <br />prepared by the City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that mitigating measures <br />recommended in the Initial Study for those aspects of <br />the project which could have a significant effect would <br />reduce the effects to insignificant levels. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the mitigated negative declaration prepared <br />for PUD-82-18-6D, for Ashwill Hawkins and Partners as <br />herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
