That the developer dedicate to the City of <br />r- Pleasanton for street right-of-way purposes, the 10 <br /> ft. wide parcel of land along the Stoneridge Drive <br /> (Kamp) frontage of the site and shown as a P.S.E. <br /> (public service easement). <br />Section 2.
