PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2624 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-82-18-6D, <br />APPLICATION OF ASHWILL HAWKINS AND PARTNERS <br />WHEREAS, Ashwill-Hawkins and Partners have applied for <br />development plan approval to allow the construction of a <br />9 building office complex proposed for the 4.3 acre site <br />located at the southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and <br />Kamp Drive (Stoneridge Drive); and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 13, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; <br />and recommended approval of the mitigated negative <br />declaration for Case PUD-82-18-6D; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposal <br />described in PUD-82-18-6d conforms to the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-82-18-6D for Ashwill <br />Hawkins and Partners as herein described subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the applicant be aware that all pad mounted <br />transformers will need to be located behind the <br />front of any building. <br />3. That up to 12,000 sq. ft. of the office area shown <br />on the development plan for case PUD-82-18-6D may be <br />used for medical or dental offices. <br />4. That individual office users must occupy office <br />space of 1,000 sq. ft. or more. <br />
