CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-18 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE <br /> CHILDREN'S THEATRE WORKSHOP FOR CITY- <br /> OWNED PROPERTY AT 519 KOTTINGER DRIVE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the lease agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and the Children's <br /> Theatre Workshop for the lease of City-owned <br /> property located at 519 Kottinger Drive, <br /> Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />Section ~: That the lease shall begin on December 1, 1988 <br /> and shall terminate on November 30, 1993, except as <br /> otherwise provided in the agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: That the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized <br /> to execute the above-described agreement in a form <br /> approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 17, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO <br /> <br />Michael H.
