PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2625 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR PUD-85-1, DEVOR NURSERY <br />WHEREAS, DeVor Nurseries has applied for Planned Unit Development <br />zoning and development plan approval for 95 <br />single-family paired units and 65 single-family detached <br />residential units on an approximately 25.5 acre site <br />located south of Mohr Avenue and east of the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad right-of-way; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 13, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts as outlined on the Initial Study prepared by the <br />City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed project <br />and rezoning would have an insignificant effect on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the negative declaration prepared for <br />PUD-85-1, for DeVor Nurseries as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
