PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2628 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-85-6, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately 20 acre site located east of the terminus of Mission Drive, south of Bernal Avenue and approximately 325 feet north of Junipero Street to the "A" (Agricultural), "P" (Public and INstitutional) and PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 13, 1985the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application as well as the environmental impacts as outlined on the Initial Study prepared by the City Staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the Initial Study and made the finding that the application to rezone an approximately the approximately 20 acre site located east of the terminus of Mission Drive, south of Bernal Avenue as herein described would have an insignificant effect on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1 Section 2 Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared for Case RZ-85-6 as herein described. _ This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
