PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2629 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-85-6, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately 20 acre site located east of the terminus of Mission Drive, south of Bernal Avenue and approximately 325 feet north of Junipero Street to the "A" (Agricultural), "P" (Public and INstitutional) and PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 13, 1985the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application and recommended approval of the negative declaration prepared for this case; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the "A" (Agricultural), "P" (Public and Institutional) and PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential zoning district to be consistent with the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section of Mission Drive, south of Bernal Avenue and approximately 325 ft. north of Junipero Street to the "A" (Agricultural), "P" (Public an Institutional and PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District subject to the following condition: Recommends approval of Case RZ-85-6 prezoning an approximately 20 acre site located east of the terminus That until a development plan is approved for the 10 acre Auf der Maur property, all allowed and conditionally allowed uses of the "A" (Agricultural) District shall be permitted or conditionally permitted. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
