PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2629 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-85-6, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br />approximately 20 acre site located east of the terminus <br />of Mission Drive, south of Bernal Avenue and <br />approximately 325 feet north of Junipero Street to the <br />"A" (Agricultural), "P" (Public and INstitutional) and <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br />Residential District or to any other zoning district <br />consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 13, <br />1985the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application and recommended <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared for this <br />case; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the "A" (Agricultural), <br />"P" (Public and Institutional) and PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential zoning district <br />to be consistent with the General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section <br />of Mission Drive, south of Bernal Avenue and <br />approximately 325 ft. north of Junipero Street to the <br />"A" (Agricultural), "P" (Public an Institutional and PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential <br />District subject to the following condition: <br />Recommends approval of Case RZ-85-6 prezoning an <br />approximately 20 acre site located east of the terminus <br />That until a development plan is approved for the 10 <br />acre Auf der Maur property, all allowed and <br />conditionally allowed uses of the "A" (Agricultural) <br />District shall be permitted or conditionally <br />permitted. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
