PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2630 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR PUD-85-2, TRAMMELL <br />CROW COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Trammell Crow has applied for rezoning of an eight acre <br />portion of an approximately 49 acre site from CC <br />(Central Commercial) to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Central Commercial District or to any other <br />zoning district consistent with the General Plan for the <br />property located immediately southwest of the <br />intersection of I-580 and Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 27, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning these applications as well as the <br />environmental impacts as outlined on the Initial Study <br />prepared by the City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that mitigating measures <br />recommended in the Initial Study for those aspects of <br />the project which could have a significant effect would <br />reduce the effects to insignificant levels. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the mitigated negative declaration prepared <br />for PUD-85-2, for Trammell Crow as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
