PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2631 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL CASE PUD-85-2, TRAMMELL <br />CROW COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Trammell Crow has applied for rezoning of an eight acre <br />portion of an approximately 49 acre site from CC <br />(Central Commercial) to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Central Commercial District or to any other <br />zoning district consistent with the General Plan for the <br />property located immediately southwest of the <br />intersection of I-580 and Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 27, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning these application and recommended approval of <br />a mitigated negative declaration prepared by the City <br />Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that that the PUD zoning <br />proposed conforms to the City's General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Trammell Crow to rezone an <br />8 acre portion of the approximately 49 acre site located <br />immediately southwest of the intersection of I-580 and <br />Santa Rita Road from the C-C (Central Commercial) <br />District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Central <br />Commercial District subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That this rezoning is solely for the area shown as <br />lots 1, 2 and 3 on the preliminary tentative <br />parcel map dated March 6, 1985 on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That all uses and site development standards <br />applied to the 8 acre subject property shall be <br />those of the C-C (Central Commercial) District, <br />except that "automobile sales and service <br />including new and used car sales" shall be an <br />allowed use on the site. <br />3. That the developer enter into an agreement with <br />the City to enter into an assessment district or <br />districts for the construction of all of the <br />facilities necessary for the amelioration of <br />Res 2631 <br />3/27/85 <br />
