PLANNING COMMISSION <br />.-- CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2632 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONING CODE CHANGE <br />TO REDUCE EXTERIOR SIDE YARD FENCE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-85-8 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the <br />ZoningOrdinance to reduce exterior side yard fence <br />setback requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 27, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant documents and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning his proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the City staff presented a draft ordinance for <br />consideration which would reduce the required sideyard <br />setbacks to five feet instead of ten feet. <br />NOW,THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />~- RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends adoption of the draft ordinance as <br />presented by the City Staff to the Planning Commission <br />on March 27, 1985, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A and made part of this case by reference. <br />ection 2.
