-- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2633 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MODIFICATION TO <br />CASE PUD-81-28-2M FOR THE PLEASANTON STATION <br />WHEREAS, Pleasanton Station Associates, at the request of the <br />City, has applied for a modification to Case PUD-81-28 <br />the planned unit development governing the <br />office/commercial project on the Southern Pacific <br />Transportation Company land located on the west side of <br />First Street between Neal Street and Bernal AVenue; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 27, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered the request of <br />Pleasanton STation Associates after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-28-2M as herein <br />described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That this modification shall consist solely for <br />moving building number 4 farther to the north and <br />crating a parking area to the south of building <br />number 4 as shown on the site plan and elevations, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department <br />dated 3/21/85. <br />2. That the design of building number 4 shall be as <br />shown on the site plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on <br />file with the Planning Department dated 3/21/85. <br />3. That buildings 4 and 5 shall be 26,656 sq. ft. and <br />19,480 sq. ft. in size respectively. <br />4. That except as modified by conditions 1 through 3 <br />above, all conditions of cases PUD-81-28 and <br />PUD-81-28-1M shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF MARCH 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
