PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2635 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-85-3, APPLICATION OF <br />SENTE ASSOCIATES MAIN STREET AND CLYDE VAUGHN <br />WHEREAS, Sente Associates Main and Clyde Vaughn have applied for <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development <br />plan approval to develop a two building office/retail <br />complex consisting of 20,004 sq. ft. and 22,440 sq. ft. <br />structures. The former being the renovation of 45o Main <br />Street and the latter being new construction at 400 Main <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, current zoning for the site is C-C (Central Commercial) <br />District and it is proposed to be rezoned to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-CC (Central Commercial) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 10, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts as outlined on the Initial Study prepared by the <br />City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the Initial Study <br />and made the finding that the development plan and <br />rezoning proposed for the the property located 400-450 <br />Main Street would have no significant adverse effect on <br />the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-85-3 as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
