PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2637 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-85-5, APPLICATION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone the three <br />parcels totalling approximately 1.75 acres located at <br />607-675 Main Street from the C-S (Commercial Service) to <br />the PUD (Medium Density Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 10, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts as outlined on the Initial Study prepared by the <br />City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the Initial Study <br />and made the finding that the development plan and <br />rezoning proposed for the property located 607-675 St. <br />John St. would have no significant adverse effect on the <br />envix•onment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for Case RZ-85-5 as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
