PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2638 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-85-5, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone the three <br />parcels totalling approximately 1.75 acres located at <br />607-675 Main Street from the C-S (Commercial Service) to <br />the PUD (Medium Density Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 10, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application and recommended approval of <br />the negative declaration prepared for Case RZ-85-5. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section <br />1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-85-5 to rezone the <br />three parcels totalling 1.75 acres located at 607-675 <br />St. John Street to PUD Medium Density Residential <br />District and the site development standards shall be <br />those of the R-1-6500 District except as follows: <br />1. Density up to l0 units per net acre may be allowed, <br />therefore, one dwelling unit could be allowed for <br />each 4,356 sq. ft. of lot area (i.e., 8,712 sq. ft. <br />equals 2 units, 13,068 sq, ft. equals 3 units, etc.) <br />2. Maximum floor area ratio shall be 50$. <br />3. Two parking spaces per dwelling unit shall be <br />required but all spaces may be uncovered for all but <br />the first unit on a site. <br />4. All living units shall be considered main structures <br />not accessory structures. <br />5. Each unit shall have 500 sq. ft. of usable open <br />space meeting the standards of Section 2-5.45 of the <br />Zoning Code. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
