PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2639 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5445 FOR DEAN WAGERMAN ET AL <br />WHEREAS, Dean Wagerman et al has applied for tentative map <br />approval to create a 20 lot, single-family residential <br />subdivision on an approximately 13.8 acre site located <br />north of Mohr Avenue and west of Martin Avenue on either <br />side of Cameron Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 10, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was approved for this project at <br />the planned unit development zoning and development plan <br />approval stage, and subdivision of the site as shown on <br />the tentative map was included within the scope and <br />content of this previous environmental document. <br />Therefore, no further environmental review is necessary <br />at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed subdivision conforms to the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves of Tract 5445 as herein described subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the Tentative Map Tract 5445 on file with the City. <br />2. That by this action, the Planning Commission is <br />modifying the Subdivision Standards of the City of <br />Pleasanton to allow a nonstandard 35 ft. curb radius <br />for the cul-de-sac on the Wagerman property. <br />3. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />Engineer dated 4/10/85, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />
