RES.2640 4/10/S5 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2640 WHEREAS, PLEASANTON APPROVINGPTRACTN5446MF0RSWALTER PANGANIBANF Walter Panganiban et al, have applied for tentative map approval to create a roximatelyl5 Oaacre sitedlocated on subdivision on an app the south side of Cameron Drive approximately 800 feet west of Martin Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 10, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration was approved for this project at the planned unit development zoning and development plan approval stage, and subdivision of the site as shown on the tentative map was included within the scope and content of this previous environmental document. Therefore, no further environmental review is necessary at this time; and WHEREAS, this proposed subdivision conforms to the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves of Tract 5446 as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the Tentative Map Tract 5446 on file with the City. 2. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions contained in the report from the City Engineer dated 4/10/85, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall becYOValffective 15 days after its passage and adoption app PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF APRIL 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
