PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2643 <br />PLEASANTON DENYINGECASENPUDG85O4~HARROIS REALTY CITY OF <br />WHEREAS, Harris Realty has applied or Planned Unit Development <br />rezoning and development plan approval to construct a 79 <br />unit detached patio home project on an approximately <br />DriveabetweeneFo~esteHill DriverandsSpringdalerAvenue; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application which suggested that the <br />subject property should be used for R-1-6500 development <br />since this is the type of housing which surrounds the <br />site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Concurs with the staff report and denies Case <br />PUD-85-4 because it would be more appropriate to use the <br />subject property for units meeting all requirements of <br />the R-1-6500 District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />----its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 24TH DAY OF APRIL 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />Commissioners Innes, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />AYES: <br />Doherty <br />NOES: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 24, 1985 <br />
