PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2645 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL CASE RZ-85-9, <br />APPLICATION OF ANTHONY VASSALLO FOR REZONING <br />WHEREAS, Anthony Vassallo has applied to rezone an approximately <br />1.96 acre site located at 2884 Foothill Road from the <br />"A" (Agricultural) to the R-1-40,000 (Single-family <br />Residential) Zoning district; and <br />WHERFi~S, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application and recommended approval of <br />the negative declaration prepared for this case; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found R-1-40,000 to be in <br />conformance with the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case RZ-85-9 as herein <br />described subject to the following condition: <br />That if the subject property is subdivided into two <br />approximately 40,000 sq. ft. lots, vehicular access <br />to the eastern lot shall be via the deeded access <br />road to the south of the subject property rather <br />than from Foothill Road. <br />Secti.~-n 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
