PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2646 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-85-10, APPLICATION OF <br />HAROLD, MARCIA GREGERSON AND GREGORY SMITH FOR REZONING <br />WHEREAS, Harold and Marcia Gregerson and GregorySmith have <br />applied to rezone an approximately 2.0 acre site locaed <br />at 4943 Foothill Road from the "A" (Agricultural) to the <br />R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) zoning district; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts as outlined on the Initial Study prepared by the <br />City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the Initial Study <br />and made the finding that the rezoning proposed for the <br />property located 4943 Foothill Road would have no <br />significant adverse effect on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for Case RZ-85-10 as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
