PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2647 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL CASE RZ-85-10, <br />APPLICATION OF GREGORY SMITH FOR HAROLD AND MARCIA <br />GREGERSON FOR REZONING <br />WHEREAS, Harold and Marcia Gregerson and Gregory Smith have <br />applied to rezone an approximately 2.0 acre site locted <br />at 4943 Foothill Road from the "A" (Agricultural) to the <br />R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) zoning district; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application and recommended approval of <br />the negative declaration prepared for this case; and <br />WHERF':o, the Planning Commission found R-1-6500 to be in <br />conformance with the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, T?fEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that approximately 2 acre site located at <br />4943 Foothill Road be rezoned from the "A" <br />(Agricultural) Ditrict to the R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
