PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2654 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR W & W <br />PIZZA, INC. AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-85-13 <br />WHEREAS, W & W Pizza, Inc. for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a parking/storage facility for delivery vehicles <br />and large food preparation equipment at 39 California <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Commercial Service District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 8, 1985 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located; b) that the <br />proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-85-13, application of W & W Pizza, <br />Inc. for a conditional use permit to operate a <br />parking/storage facility for delivery vehicles and large <br />food preparation equipment at 39 California Avenue <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the operations substantially conform with plans <br />marked, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That all requirements of the Building Department and <br />Fire Department be met and adhered to at all times. <br />3. That this us permit is granted solely for the <br />storage of large food preparation equipment and a <br />maximum of 8 compact sized delivery vehicles in the <br />
