PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2655 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-81-30-8M <br />WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Co. of America has applied for a <br />for modification of the Hacienda Business Park Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD-81-30, Ordinance No. 1109) to <br />amend land use, zoning and site designations of 15 sites <br />within Phase I of the Hacienda Business Park, a 573 acre <br />site located north of the Arroyo Mocho between Hopyard <br />Road and the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 22, 1985 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts as outlined on the initial Study prepared by the <br />City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the Initial Study <br />and made the finding that the changes described in Case <br />PUD-81-30-SM would have no significant adverse effect on <br />the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 2 <br />Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for PUD-81-30-8M as herein described. <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
