CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-15 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONCEPTUAL PLAN FOR <br /> OPERATIONS SERVICE CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in 1986, Council approved the master plan for the <br /> Operations Service Center on Busch Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, since that time the school district warehouse and <br /> the County animal shelter facilities have been <br /> deleted from the plans; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ruth and Going, Inc. have prepared site plans <br /> reflecting the current proposed uses of the site; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the conceptual plan for the proposed <br /> Operations Service Center as shown on the <br /> attachments. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 3, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> .Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: KF~NETH R.
