PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2657 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-84-20, HARI PURI <br />WHEREAS, Hari Puri has applied for development plan approval for <br />a six parcel single family residential subdivision <br />proposed for the approximately 4.1 acre site located at <br />3885 Foothill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-Low Density Residential <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 12, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts as outlined on the Initial Study; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the Initial Study <br />that a negative declaration of environmental impacts is <br />appropriate for this proposal. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for PUD-84-20 for Hari Puri as herein descried. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
