PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 265 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-28D, DILLINGHAM CORPORATION WHEREAS, Dillingham Construction has applied for design review approval for a three story, approximately 117,612 sq. ft. multi-tenant office building on an approximately 6 acre site located on the southwest corner of Inglewood Drive and the Chabot Canal (Site 14 B) in the Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 12, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of the type proposed was included within the scope of that EIR, therefore, no further environmental documents need be considered at this time; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the staff recommendation and found the proposal to be in conformance with the zoning and general plan land use designation for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-28D, application of Dillingham Construction, Inc. for design review approval to construct a three-story, approximately 98,203 sq. ft. multi-tenant office building on an approximately 6 acre site located on the southwest corner of Inglewood Drive and Chabot Canal (site 14B) in the Hacienda Business Park subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the site plan, elevations, grading plan, sign design and landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department.
