PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 265 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-28D, <br />DILLINGHAM CORPORATION <br />WHEREAS, Dillingham Construction has applied for design review <br />approval for a three story, approximately 117,612 sq. <br />ft. multi-tenant office building on an approximately 6 <br />acre site located on the southwest corner of Inglewood <br />Drive and the Chabot Canal (Site 14 B) in the Hacienda <br />Business Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 12, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of <br />the type proposed was included within the scope of that <br />EIR, therefore, no further environmental documents need <br />be considered at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the staff <br />recommendation and found the proposal to be in <br />conformance with the zoning and general plan land use <br />designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-28D, <br />application of Dillingham Construction, Inc. for design <br />review approval to construct a three-story, <br />approximately 98,203 sq. ft. multi-tenant office <br />building on an approximately 6 acre site located on the <br />southwest corner of Inglewood Drive and Chabot Canal <br />(site 14B) in the Hacienda Business Park subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, elevations, grading plan, sign <br />design and landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />
