PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2661 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONING CODE CHANGE <br />TO CONDITIONALLY ALLOW SERVICE STATIONS/CONVENIENT <br />STORES IN THE CN (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) DISTRICTS AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE RZ-85-12 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the Zoning <br />Ordinance to conditionally allow service <br />stations/convenient stores as conditional uses in the CN <br />(Neighborhood Commercial) Districts; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 12, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant documents and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning his proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the City staff presented a draft ordinance for <br />consideration of the Planning Commission. <br />NOW,THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1.
