PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2662 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON SUPPORTING THE PRELIMINARY DRAFT OF THE <br />HOPYARD VALLEY PARK (T) MASTER PLAN <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 12, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission was asked to review the <br />Preliminary Draft of the Hopyard Valley Park (T) Master <br />Plan and make appropriate comments on it; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed park and <br />felt it was appropriate for the site located on the west <br />side of Hopyard Road and the north side of Valley <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is of the opinion that all <br />improvements on the Valley Avenue and Hopyard Road <br />frontages should be completed in the first phase of the <br />development. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Supports the the Preliminary Draft of the Hopyard <br />Valley Park (T) Master Plan as presented June 12, 1985 <br />except that all of the improvements on Valley Avenue and <br />Hopyard Road shall be completed within the first phase <br />of the park development. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 12TH DAY OF JUNE 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: June 12, 1985 <br />
