That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval of <br />the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />3• That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br />approvals which this development may have received from the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />4• That the developer meet all applicable conditions or requirements <br />of other City departments and/or any interested outside agencies <br />having jurisdiction. <br />5.
