Report Date 6/21/85 <br />Meeting Date 6/2`yjg5 - <br />To~ Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - Cit <br />y Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 5508, Country Roads <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval of <br />the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />3• That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br />approvals which this development may have received from the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />4• That the developer meet all applicable conditions or requirements <br />of other City departments and/or any interested outside agencies <br />having jurisdiction. <br />5.
