PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2666 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5508 FOR EQUITY ENTERPRISES <br />WHEREAS, Equity Enterprises has applied for tentative subdivision <br />map approval for a ten lot condominium development on an <br />approximately 2.6 acre site located at 4005 Stanley <br />Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 26, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was approved for this project at <br />the planned unit development zoning and development plan <br />approval stage, and subdivision of the site as shown on <br />the tentative map was included within the scope and <br />content of this previous environmental document. <br />Therefore, no further environmental review is necessary <br />at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed subdivision conforms to the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves of Tract 5508 as herein described subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the Tentative Map Tract 5508 on file with the City. <br />2. That the development is subject to all the <br />conditions of approval for PUD-84-18. <br />3. That all subdivided parcels, with the exception of <br />Lot 10 (common area), shall adhere to the same <br />CC&Rs. <br />4. That the entrance driveway access lanes shall be <br />expended to a minimum width of 13 ft. 6 in. <br />5. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />
