PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2667 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5506 FOR PERASSO <br />WHEREAS, John and Jocelyn Perasso have applied for tentative <br />subdivision map approval for a 10 unit condominium <br />development on an approximately 1.0 acre site located at <br />123 Ray Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 26, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was approved for this project at <br />the planned unit development zoning and development plan <br />approval stage, and subdivision of the site as shown on <br />the tentative map was included within the scope and <br />content of this previous environmental document. <br />Therefore, no further environmental review is necessary <br />at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed subdivision conforms to the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves of Tract 5506 as herein described subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the Tentative Map Tract 5506 on file with the City. <br />2. That the development is subject to all the <br />conditions of approval for PUD-84-11. <br />3. That prior to the issuance of any building permits <br />the Fire Marshal shall review and approve the fire <br />truck turn-around design at the rear of the parcel. <br />4. That the entrance driveway access lanes shall be <br />expanded to a minimum width of 13 ft. 6 in. <br />5. That the developer comply with applicable <br />requirements of City Ordinance No. 1152 <br />
