PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2668 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5364 FOR JOHN AND JOAN <br />CAROLINE <br />WHEREAS, John and Joan Caroline have applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 2 acre site to facilitate the creation of <br />a 29 unit single-family residential development located <br />on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Mavis <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was approved for this project at <br />the planned unit development zoning and development plan <br />approval stage, and subdivision of the site as shown on <br />the tentative map was included within the scope and <br />content of this previous environmental document. <br />Therefore, no further environmental review is necessary <br />at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed subdivision conforms to the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves of Tract 5364 as herein described subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the Tentative Map Tract 5364 on file with the City. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />Engineer dated 7/24/85, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference except that Condition <br />No. 40 of that report shall be changed to read as <br />follows: <br />"That the undergrounding will probably be done by a <br />district and the developer would be required to be <br />
