PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2669 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASES GP-85-7 AND RZ-85-7 FOR CHRIS BERATLIS, AMADOR VALLEY SAVINGS AND LOAN AND THE PLEASANTON SCHOOL DISTRICT WHEREAS, Pleasanton School District, Amador Savings and Loan and Chris Beratlis have applied for an amendment to the Land Use Element of the General Plan to redesignate an approximately 1.2 acre site from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential and a 1.2 acre site from Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential, the 2.4 acre site located on the north side of Crellin Road approximately 1000 ft. east of Madeira Drive; and WHEREAS, the proponents have also applied to rezoned an approximately 22.3 acre site from the "P" (Public and Institutional) District to the "A" (Agricultural) District and the R-1-6500 (Single-family REsidential) District and to redesignate the 1.2 acre site from the "A" to the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District consistent with the proposed General Plan amendment; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning these applications as well as the environmental impacts as outlined on the Initial Study; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the Initial Study that a negative declaration of environmental impacts is appropriate for these proposals. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared for Cases GP-85-7 and RZ-85-7 as herein described. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
