PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2681 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-30D, <br />HACIENDA CHILD DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, Hacienda Child Development Services has applied for <br />design review approval to construct a one-story, <br />approximately 21,714 sq. ft. childcare facility on an <br />approximately 1.8 acre site located on the east side of <br />Chabot Drive between Gibraltar Drive and Stoneridge <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of <br />the type proposed was included within the scope of that <br />EIR, therefore, no further environmental documents need <br />be considered at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the staff <br />recommendation and found the proposal to be in <br />conformance with the zoning and general plan land use <br />designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-30D, <br />application of Hacienda Child Development Services for <br />design review approval to construct a one-story, <br />approximately 21,714 sq. ft. childcare facility on an <br />approximately 1.8 acre site located on the east side of <br />Chabot Drive between Gibraltar Drive and Stoneridge <br />Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />
