PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2681 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-30D, HACIENDA CHILD DEVELOPMENT SERVICES WHEREAS, Hacienda Child Development Services has applied for design review approval to construct a one-story, approximately 21,714 sq. ft. childcare facility on an approximately 1.8 acre site located on the east side of Chabot Drive between Gibraltar Drive and Stoneridge Drive; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of the type proposed was included within the scope of that EIR, therefore, no further environmental documents need be considered at this time; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the staff recommendation and found the proposal to be in conformance with the zoning and general plan land use designation for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-30D, application of Hacienda Child Development Services for design review approval to construct a one-story, approximately 21,714 sq. ft. childcare facility on an approximately 1.8 acre site located on the east side of Chabot Drive between Gibraltar Drive and Stoneridge Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
